- Make out bound calls to customers that have a payment due.
- Follow up with customers that have pending documents.
- Assist agents in following up with potential clients.
- Assisted customers with any questions/concerns they may have with their policy.
- Counted daily earnings at the start and end of day.
- Called customers to remind them of due dates and any important notices that may concern them.
- Offered knowledgeable answers to customers that had non-insurance questions.

Qualifications of an CSR:
- 1 year related sales/customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills needed for working with our customers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
