  • Make out bound calls to customers that have a payment due.
  • Follow up with customers that have pending documents.
  •  Assist agents in following up with potential clients.
  • Assisted customers with any questions/concerns they may have with their policy.
  • Counted daily earnings at the start and end of day.
  • Called customers to remind them of due dates and any important notices that may concern them.
  • Offered knowledgeable answers to customers that had non-insurance questions.
  • Provided great customer service to all of my customers.
  • Help customer with their monthly payment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications of an CSR:

  •  1 year related sales/customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills needed for working with our customers.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
